WOW! I have not updated this in ages! The buns are all doing well =) Mattie made the 12 hour voyage to Michigan this year for our Christmas holiday. I think she enjoyed it even with the chilly weather. She had her own room with carpet so she ran around and hid to her heart was content. I am sure the fact that she had undivided attention was a big plus, too!
Meanwhile, our friends, Rich and Laura, watched the Nut and Lucca - Lucca was mostly sweet and Coconut was mostly sour - lol - no suprise there. They were well cared for and even loved on with the sassy mcbassy turning down any love from anyone. Now, she is slowly getting acclimated to my forced snuggling...with accompanied sassiness of course.
We have determined that Lucca has a sensitive sniffer for plastic and rubber products...if it is rubber he finds it and chews it - lamp cords, vacuum cords, cords, cords, cords...UGH
Sweet things, lucky we love animals and understand their need for chewing - we have supplied them with endless toliet paper rolls to help curb their enthusiasm - we shall see how that works out!
